Step by Step Guide to Placing a Wholesale Order
Step One - Customer Sign Up Form
Fill out the customer sign-up form located on the Ordering Wholesale Page and we will respond to you within 1 week confirming your account.
Step Two - Log Into Your Account
After your account is approved, log in each time you want to place an order. You will only be able to see the wholesale options when you are logged in.
Step Three - Navigate to Wholesale
Using the menu bar at the top of the webpage to navigate to
Shop > Ordering Wholesale
Step Four - Make your selections
- We have wholesale offerings from our East Coast (NJ) and West Coast (CA) warehouses
- Select the warehouse that you would like to order from on this page in order to see the products that are available. You can place an order from multiple warehouses and they will ship separately.
- Select the number of bags you would like to order and add them to your cart
Step Five - Quantities
Minimum order quantity is 1 bag, maximum is 8 bags. If you would like to order more than 8 bags, please reach out to hello@uncommoncacao.com
Step Six - Shipping
At checkout, you will see shipping quotes. Each warehouse location will ship separately.
- Click the dropdown and then + More shipping Options under the Shipping Method to see shipping carrier options
- Select the carrier you would like to use
- R = residential (this will be auto-detected)
- L = Lift Gate
- N = Notification / Appointment
Step Seven - Payment
Update your payment method and submit your order
Information About Your Order
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and sent to our warehouse for shipping.
Orders are generally shipped from warehouses on Thursday and Friday.
Tuesday 5pm EST is the cuttoff date for orders to ship the same week. Orders placed Wednesday - Friday will ship the following week.
You will receive your tracking number though Shopify when the order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 days from when you place your order to receive the shipping.
